Sundays brunch with Estonian farmers and recognised chef, Peeter Pihel at Tartu's Butchery (Lihuniku Äri). Buy goods straight from farmers, watch demonstrative butchering and enjoy a special brunch menu that highlights our grass-fed dry-age beef and produce from the same farmers you can meet. The Sunday will start off with a demonstrative butchering, which you can examine closely and of course ask all the questions you have. The fastest will be able to buy steaks straight from the butcher’s table. For this day we have chosen a special 107 month old and 40 days dry aged Hereford from the island of Hiiumaa. The demonstration will start at 11 am and further schedule will be open.  What is a Sunday without brunch? Peeter Pihel will create a special brunch menu, made from products that the farmers will offer the same day, a special place in the menu will of course be occupied by our grass-fed and dry aged beef.
