Accommodation in Tartu

The development in the tourism sector in Tartu has been supported with the radical growth of the number of the accommodation facilities. If in the year 2003 Tartu had 36 accommodation enterprises with 1,140 beds, in October 2010 the respective figures were 72 and 1,900.

The recently opened hotels (the Antonius in the centre, the Villa Margaretha, the Dorpat) offer high-level accommodation. There are 13 hotels in Tartu, including the four-star London, the three-star Pallas and the Hansahotel.

There are 7 hostels, 4 guest houses, 14 B&Bs, 34 guest apartments.
